What kind of vacations does Vaughn Vacations specialize in?
Vaughn Vacations helps clients plan a wide range of travel experiences, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, luxury getaways, family vacations, group trips, honeymoons, and more. Whether you’re dreaming of a tropical escape or a European adventure, we’re here to make it happen.
Is there a fee to work with Vaughn Vacations?
Yes. There is a $40 research fee that is due after the free consultation and before a quote is given. This fee entitles you to 2 quotes for the same timeframe. If you need additional dates, there is an additional $20 per timeframe.
If the quote is for a group, each person will be accessed a booking fee of $30 per person that is due upon booking. All fees are in addition to the cost of the vacation and are non-refundable.

What if I already found a trip online—can you still help me book it?
Absolutely! If you’ve already found a cruise or resort deal online, we can usually match it. Plus, you’ll still benefit from our personal support and exclusive upgrades.
Can you help with group travel or destination weddings?
Yes! Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a friends’ getaway, or a destination wedding, Vaughn Vacations can coordinate all the logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly for your group.
Do you only book all-inclusive vacations and cruises?
Not at all. While cruises and all-inclusives are popular options, we also help with guided tours, custom itineraries, international travel, weekend getaways, and more. If you can dream it, we can help plan it.
What if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
We’re here to support you every step of the way. If issues arise while you’re on vacation—whether it’s a delayed flight, a missed transfer, or a hotel hiccup—you can reach out to me for help and guidance.
I’m not sure where I want to go yet—can you help me decide?
Definitely! We love helping travelers figure out the best destination based on your interests, travel dates, and budget. Just tell me a little about what you’re looking for, and I’ll do the rest.
How far in advance should I book my vacation?
Ideally, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for the best pricing and availability—especially for cruises and popular resorts. Last-minute trips are possible too, but planning ahead usually gives you more options.
